The Windows version of UVLayout is compiled for 32bit, so it doesn't run as a natively 64bit application, but it does run on 64bit hardware as far as I know (i.e. it does here on my own 64bit laptop).
Theres both 32bit and 64bit compiles of the Linux version of UVLayout, but its been a few weeks since I built or tested the 64bit version.

Which dongle driver would you suggest for Windows XP 64???
should I use the updated dongle driver for Vista or the old Windows dongle driver.

"should I use the updated dongle driver for Vista"
Yes, thats the most recent one, and worked here on my 64bit XP system.
