when I go in to 3d mode there is absolutly nothign visable it is just grey. why would this be happening I tried the new versin from yesterday adn the april 17th version and the one before that they all are displaying this way on my machine.
i have a NVidia Geforce 79 Gs video card
with a 2.4 gig processor and 2 gig of ram if that helps you solve my problem i nany way |

Is it every file you try and load that doesn't show, or just the one? Is there any chance you could email me one of your OBJ files so I can see what happens here?

After searching, I've found a couple of questions like this, so I'm here..
I'm using uvlayout v1.19.3 FC7. I can see the torus (and the skull in ../data) but not my models. They are different in 'size'.
Also, when trying to load any geometry exported from maya (default polySphere, no transformation, just create/export), I get an error:
" Mesh topology too broken to load. 'Try Clean' in Load Options..." I found this when trying to see if the default geometry could be visible :/
I've already emailed you a couple of obj files to see if there's something there..

Confirmed! The OBJ import for the 64bit builds is broken. Obviously I didn't test that properly. Will fix it today.

Fixed. You can now grab the new Fedora7 and Kubuntu7 64bit installs from the Linux download page ...
