Pin Border fonction could be really handy .. or something like.. convert selected edges to Pin .. or like the grow selection when you cut.. but on the Pin... let say I have a Dino head with teeths.. pinning all the teeth is taking me 20 min at least.. could be done in one clic with the Pin border tool

Aim the mouse pointer at a point on the border and hit Shift-P; that will pin all points on a boundary. Do the same again to unpin. If you just want to pin a section, use P to toggle a couple of end points initially, then Shift-P on a boundary point between them to pin that seciton.
Is that what you meant?
