Is it possible to somehow automatically unwrap such little/complex parts the quality doesnt matter just that i dont have to manually cut this things

The "Segment" tool in the Pro version might help ... its main use is for more architectural blockish type shapes (eg street scapes), but even if its doesn't do a fantastic job, the results can be edited, and it might be quicker than starting purely from scratch.

Because its all triangles, the usual edge loop selection tools wont work that well. Did you try the Segment tool?

yes i did but its still kinda like i dont really manage to select all of them at once so i just wonder if there was an ruffer selection tool^^ |

If you aim the pointer at nothing then tap G, you can then use the left mouse button to draw out a rectangle. Or if you want to select everything, aim the pointer at nothing again and do G then S to swap the select state of all polys.
