I want to hide the grey symmetry side of a symmetrical mesh in UV mode, how do I do this, so I can work on one side, make it as best as I can then symmetry the UV to the other side. |

There no way currently to do what you want exactly, but you could hide the grey polys with the H hotkey and the left mouse button box selection. Then after you've flattened everything out, unhide and use the S hotkey on each good shell to copy those UVs to the mirrored shell.

Thanks, silly me, "hiding" The S key won't work, as mentioned in another thread. |
