Hello Phil,
I found this in a previous version, but now I'm using the latest (i think) 2.08.00. It's very easy to replicate, at least on my side:
put some shells into a box, increase the bleed amount and pack, BUT only happens if rotate is checked... if it's unchecked, bleed actually works.

Thanks for the bug report! That excellent video clearly shows me what the problem is, and I'll have a go at fixing that today.

The fix has been uploaded. Check the uvlayout.com Support Extras page for the new Windows installer.
