I know this is probably a very familiar question, however I'm a newbie with UVLayout. Great app. by the way. I have two halves of what is essentially one UV surface. I felt that I had to separate it to get it to flatten properly. I would like to reunite the two halves along the split seam.
Forgive my ignorance bu how can this be done in UVLayout? Thanks. |

In UVLayout, that's called "welding". If you go to the "Basic" section of the videos ...
http://www.uvlayout.com/videos
... its the fourth one down called "UVLayout-Welding-Shells".

Hey Fish,
Any way you would be willing to share the project you are working on? I am quite new as well, it is interesting to see what other people are working on. |
