hi i'm pretty new here just trying out headus i'm going to unwrap a hemisphere without making cuts ....... i just dropped it to uv view and press shft+f ......it was unwrapped nicely but there were some streches there ....what can i do to reduce them ........ i attached the obj file with this.....thanx a lot

Sorry for the bad news, but if you don't cut seams, you cant reduce the stretching. You can make a big difference in this case though by at least separating the lip from the rest of the dome (see image below). That will allow the dome to flatten out a lot more, and the seam wont be so visible along that edge.
