Hello: I actually have two questions. The first one is how can I view my work in zbrush r3?
Also, I was unable to view my work after I saved it and reloaded it. I am a new user so please excuse my ignorance.

Use the OBJ format for all your importing and exporting between different applications and UVLayout.

Also, verify the location you are saving to. You may be simply reloading the original work?
