I've not used the app for a few months, and I replaced my workstation in that time. So I just went to re-download and it seems my support has expired - can I no longer use the program at all? I had no idea it had expired.
I downloaded the demo, and entered my original key (USB Key setup) into the licence manager and it says 'perm' but the app won't start now. I was hoping I would be able to use it until I can get round to re-subscribing or do I need to continue my support before I can use it again?

Yes, sorry, but without renewing your support subscription you wont be able to download any installers. We don't keep old ones, only the latest are available, so that's why an up-to-date subscription is required.

As you have discovered, your Pro license key will not work with the Demo version; the Pro licenses only work with the Professional version.
