Hi. I just started using UVLayout, Awesome tool. I have a question tho, after I do my UV Layout and I bring the obj back to Maya my edges are hard. Is there a way to change this? I've looked all over the forums and didn't find anything.

Here is what I mean, with pictures Smile

importing after UVLayout (notices the hard edges)

Use the "Update" button to save your mesh out from UVLayout. You select the original OBJ file saved out by Maya, then it creates a copy of that with the original materials and smoothing information, but with modified UVs.

The "Save" strips out all material and smooth information.
