I noticed on the buy page that the hobbyist license doesn't require a dongle or Ether ID- does this mean that I can use it on more than one machine, so long as I have a connection to the internet (kind of like Steam does, you can install the game on as many machines as you want, but it only works on one at a time)?

just curious, as I have two separate machines i use for freelance work (one desktop, and one laptop), and i would be very interested if I were able to switch between the two.

Yes, you can use the Hobbyist license on any number of machines, as long as you are the only person using it. No internet connection is needed either; we just trust that you do the right thing.
