what should I do in case of flapping faces

hello I tried to flattened the mouse but it keep flapping on some edges (see pic)

I tried to set point and anchors but I need to understand when to use them and what is the difference between green points and fuchsia points ?

Please advice.

Use Ctrl+MBM to move overlapping vertices
s=mark poly(green)
p=pin vertices(fucsia)

You might want to also look at Webbing ... its covered in the Split-and-Stretch movie. You could use it to stop that inner hole from collapsing.

Actually, the Head tutorial is probably a better series of movies to watch if you want to know more about webbing.
