Hi Phil,
It seems all the new computers these days have only USB-C ports like my MPB 2024 M4 ARM. I purchased an USB-C adaptor for the USB dongle - but it appears my MPB is not recognizing the Dongle "not found".

Actually the problem is more likely that things broke for the USB dongles in a macos update a few years back, so probably not a USB-A vs USB-C issue. Email me a screenshot of the licensing GUI and I can generate a USB-less activation key for you.
