Is there a way to locking down a shell so the poly won't move when welding another section to it? I'm working with a geoshell of a figure and need to connect the leg to the hip but I don't want the poly to move in the hip at all when I weld it. I will then just flatten that seam instead of the whole piece due to the tiling textures that are going to be used on it. I've been away for 2 years due to medical problems so I'm not sure what new features have been added and if this is even possible. Thanks in advance

Use the P hotkey to pin the boundary points on the hip shell before welding. Note though that we did fix a bug related to this for the latest release, so if it appears to not work, you probably will need to update to that release (i.e. v2.11.03).
