It seems to me that UVLayout doesn't save proper UV data. I have a character mapped in UVLayout. I loaded it again to remap some area, but when I saved, and reloaded, I got back the old mapping. |

So, I figured out.
If you Pack and save right after pack, UVLayout saves the state before the Pack!!!! I had to move an island and undo that to save the OBJ properly |

I cant get UVLayout to do the same thing here. Which version are you using?
I remember fixing some of these "UVs not updating" type bugs not too long ago, and those would be part of the latest v2.06.03 release.
