I found an area where the weld gaps doesnt seem to work.
Would it work if the percentage went above 25%.
I have to manually weld these edges.

I've seen this before (see below). The problem is that there's a mixture of long and very short edges, and its the short ones that aren't welding. Its because that threshold percentage is directly a measure of the gap width to the edge length, and when the edge is very short, it means that the gap doesn't have to be that much in absolute size to get over the "don't weld" threshold.
I'm thinking that it could maybe be smarter and sees that the longer edges to either side are very close still so welds anyway.
In the meantime, you can make that threshold greater than 25. Just type a value in and *dont* click the arrows or type Enter and it'll accept whatever you put in there.
