The new Unreal Developers kit allows you to create entire games based on the UE3 engine that you can make for free (or even sell with a couple licensing choices, the cheapet of which is less than $100!!)

Folks. As of yesterday, a UE3 licence would cost you about a half million dollars. Today.. it's free. This really is unprecedented in the industry.
