I've noticed that sometimes - and I can't explain what causes it - two independent shells that are in symmetry mode stay locked together such that you cannot move, rotate, or scale them independently.
Anyone know what's causing this? |

Yes, sorry, I've been meaning to fix that! What happens I think is that you cut out a section in the middle, leaving the left and right sides still virtually connected even though there's no physical attachment any more. The work-around is to G select one side and use Enter to detach it from the other side.

Ah, I see. The way I've been getting around it is to pick those shells back up again then drop them again. That seems to break their connection. |
