Hi
Since using uvlayout pro if you pack new box before packing anything it would crash, easy fix pack something then use new box(pack) command, easy fix. But since moving to vista x64 its happening too much, even on the pack all command.
The error given is the malloc error discussed on another thread. Also the poly counts are low.

Intel 2 x 5580
24g memory
ati firepro 8700
vista business x64

Sorry, been traveling, but are back in the office now.

Quick fix may be to try a different (either older or newer) installer, available from the Support Download page. Over the next few days I'll do some testing to see if I can get it to go wrong here as well.
