I get this box that pops up. But I do not know where to type the file name. I need to know how to use this box to save stuff. Also I accidentally normalized a screen shot. How do I undo that?

The "Default" file name is at the top. "snap0010.jpg"

And will save it to that place listed down below. To change the location to save, click the box at the top next to "Dir" and then browse to where you like. Once there, to rename the file, click on the resulting path at the bottom (after your happy with the location, and just rename it to what you want.

And I dont quite understand what you mean by "normalizing" a screenshot?...

When you tap F8 or PrintScreen inside the 3D window, the window image gets saved out to a jpeg in the same folder as the loaded OBJ file, and then its displayed. You image there is already saved as snap0010.jpg, and the fact that its up to "10" means there's 9 other ones already in that same folder.
