Not detached... (??)

Steps to reproduce:

Take a natural shell
Cut it
Drop both
Undrop both
Undrop both again in Ed space
Cut again
Drop one piece

Next piece will not drop. Message displayed is "Not detached"
Since it's not attached to anything, there's no way to detach it now.

Workaround:
save a tmp file and reopen that temp file. Afterwards the shell will drop.

Have you installed v2.05.00 yet? I thought I'd finally found and fixed that one.
