Hello.
I bought UV Layout while it was still in beta. I noticed that support licence had expired recently but before I could get another year of support, my key had expired as well.
Can you please, explain what is going on? I was promised that even if I won't be able to update I can continue to use UV layout as I have it now.
Kattey
P.S. by some reason I was unable even reach my account at first as system said that there were no such thing. |

You do have a permanent license, but its an Ether license, which means
its tied to a specific PC. Have you changed your PC or networking hardware?
If you run the licensing GUI, what "Ether" ID does it report? I can
generate a temp license for that, and if it works out, will email the
paperwork for a permanent transfer.
