Whether there is a function "align" in a UVlayout same as in a 3d studio max ?
I can drag a UV but function such will accelerate process.

I don't use 3ds max, but from your pictures there I'm thinking that you could probably do something similar in UVLayout by turning the snap grid on ... its under the "Snap / Stack" panel.

OK, yes, with the grid on you can then move the first shell a bit (it will snap to the grid) then move the second shell over the top ... it will also snap to the grid and, if they're the same shape, will perfectly overlap the first shell. That's what you are after, right?

Thank you.
I hope that in the future versions of the program the following will be realised.
Moving of a symmetric UVmap on other UVmap could be made for one click automatically. |

Have a look at the Stacking tool ... its not exactly one click though ... its more designed to handle a large number of matching shells, not just pairs, but you might find it useful anyway.
The Stacking tool is shown in some of the Old Beta videos at uvlayout.com.
