Hello,
I'm very close to buy a licence of uvlayout, just have two questions :
1) Is it possible to just do a wire bank transfer to get a license ?
2) Are they any european users that can tell me if they had to pay some extra taxes for the dongle shipping ?
I have recently bought some softwares, and had some bad surpises when I recieved the billing details after the online payment validation
Thanks. |

"1) Is it possible to just do a wire bank transfer to get a license ?"
It is, but usually takes a few days to find its way into our account, delaying the shipping of the dongle to you. If you pay via credit card or paypal, we'll know right away.
"2) Are they any european users that can tell me if they had to pay some extra taxes for the dongle shipping ?"
The value of goods shipped (i.e. the dongle) is AU$25 ... that's about EU15. If there are any taxes to pay, it shouldn't be too much of a nasty surprise.

1)
Ok thanks mister Phil for the info, I don't care that much for the extra delay days, I'm fighting against uv's since so many years that I can still wait some extra hours
Maybe is it still possible to have a temp licence after you get the transfer, even if it's the hobbist version, it will help to wait the dongle
Can you tell me a little bit more for the wire transfer procedure ? (Pro version delivered in Belgium/Europe)
2)
That's fine then

Of course, no problems. If you email a copy of your wire transfer paperwork, I can generate the temp Pro license on that, and we only need to wait those few days for the money to arrive before shipping the dongle.
Its late here on a Sunday night and I'm not in the office ... I'll email our wire transfer details tomorrow when I'm at work.

I just email the bank wire details. Let me know if you don't receive the email.
