is there a way to move just one uv? like grab the point and move it manually?

Yep ... Ctrl-MMB ... ie hold down the Ctrl key, then click'n'drag the middle mouse button. You can also use Shift-MMB to move UVs in a circle area, and Ctrl-Shift-MMB to move UVs within 4 edges of the selected point.
