Firstly, sorry to clutter the forum with a simple question like this. I appreciate it must become annoying with dozens of basic questions.
Basically, I'm thinking of purchasing UVLayout for helping me work on my reel (no commercial work) however, given that only the professional version has symmetry I was thinking of purchasing that version. My question is about dongle.. is UVLayout locked until you plug in the dongle? I only want to use it on my home computer but if I have to wait for a dongle to ship from Australia I may re-think.

Its usually delivered within 1 week of the purchase.
During that time though I can generate a temp Pro Ether license for you, which is locked to a specific PC, and will give you access to all the professional features while you wait for the dongle to arrive.
