I did this with Amorphium 3. If It was not for UVLayout I would not have been able to take it into deep paint 3d and texture it.
It is not perfect but i am a newbie.
I just bought XSI it is in the mail, but as soon as I get some loot UVLayout will be added to my toolset.

Thanks for sharing your dino pic! I'm sure I'm not the only one who's curious
to see the UVs as well ... you can create an image of these quite easily with the
UVLayout "Map" button.

Dense indead. Uvlayout works great along side organic modeling apps like Amorphium 3. This is the only one I have found that can handle it without getting the nasty NOT RESPONDING message.

Nice. I didn't know Amorphium 3 could do quad meshes. Or did you detriangulate?

I have not used UVLayout since 1.9. I export out as a tin .obj file. UVLayout opens the file perfectly.
