I inadvertently selected stack while copying UV's (instead of offsetting). Now I have hundreds of locked shells. Any way to unlock of all them at one time?

At the time you would have been able to use Ctrl-Z to undo the stack action.

Otherwise, aim the mouse pointer at empty space then tap the L key to bring up the locking menu. Click and drag a box with the Right mouse button to unlock shells in the box.
