Dropping UVs in there world space

Hey Phil,
The company I work for does a lot of show/event visual designs and one of the things we do a lot of is export UV pass to our After Effects guys to put video in them in post to show of LED and Screens that we have in the events. I was wondering if it was possible to drop the objects in the world space so that the UVs reflected the distance between the objects. I have attached a few images to hopefully help explain what I am trying to do here. I am hoping there is a way to do this because it will make things easier in After Effects to get parts of the video we need to land in the correct locations. I know that UVS are square but is it possible that they could be tricked into working at a 16:9 ratio?
