New Hobbyist License doesnt work

I received my new license key and when I updated and tried to input the new key into the text file Headus doesn't recognize it. I followed the steps on the website but it still wont recognize my key. Is it possible I received the wrong type of key?

The new license key (to get the symmetry editing tools) will only unlock the latest release of UVLayout, so you need to renew your support subscription (payment link is on your uvlayout.com Support Details page) to be able to download that.

I've put an old key back into your account though if you want to get your old version back up and running.
