Hello!
I made a purchase on 2/21, and when I try to track my item, I keep getting the message, "Looks like your item hasn't been scanned yet."
Tracking number: LK050344556AU
Order number: 206158896965
Just wanted to make sure things were being processed. Thanks! |

Yes, everything was processed as normal, but the tracking id was changed when we physically handed the package over for shipment (vs the initial online setup).
We did send an email with the new tracking link, but maybe it ended up in a junk mail folder? I'll send another couple of copies of that email now.
