Hello

I'm color blind and is nearly impossible for me work with your program.
When you cut meshes is not that bad, because I can see selection (barely) I think it is yellow color.

But when I want to weld, and want to select with "W" some edges I don't see any difference befor and after selection, other words I don't know which edges I marked for future welds.

I really like your program, but like I said, is so hard to work with when you can't see what you are doing!

This is my request.
Can you add possibility to change colors inside viewport?
I mean background, selections, and for model.

Also would be nice change colors which tell us which polys are good and which are bad.
I mean GREEN, RED, BLUE displayed on the model.

Full colors customisation would be nice!

Your choice of colors is very bad for color blind ppl as me.

Please help me, and other blind ppl use your program!

Thank you!

Best regards!

"Your choice of colors is very bad for color blind ppl as me. "

Sorry, I didn't realize! Color customization had been on the wish list for a while, but I haven't given it much priority in the past because I assumed it was just cosmetic/personal preference. But you have made it clear to me now that for some people its an essential function, so I will try and get that into the next release.

This is great information, thank you!

I have one more suggestion.
You could make possibility to change thickness of the selected edges.

Once we have a color scheme and other preferences configured the way we like it, is there a way to save out a config file or something to back up our preferences, so when we install point releases we can import that back in and not have to reconfigure it manually every time?

Once you have the colors you want, go looking for a file called "default.colors" under a "uvlayout_settings" folder in that user's home area. That's the file that stores the current color settings.

Sorry, I realized I never posted here that its been done. You can get the color settings in v2.08.03, which was released back on May 30.
