Shells can't be unlocked

Thanks for the bug report ... looks like I didn't fix that one! I'll do that now so its in
the next release, but in the meantime, I found a work-around.

Aim the pointer at empty space, tap the 'F' key, then stretch a box around
those locked shells. It will flatten then (without optimizing), but that will then
allow you to use the 'L' key to unlock them.

PS. I'm not sure how those shells get locked, but I've changed the code now so
at least they can be unlocked with 'L'.
