I'm only just starting with Maya and yes, I should wait before incorporating these kinds of tools, but let's say I'm ambitious. This question simply relates to the downloading of UVLayout. The download page says 'download and run th EXE file below' then proceeds to give 4 different options. Do I download and run all of them? Please, make it simple for the simple minded. |

My apologies ... the download page for the Professional version says "Download and run the most recent EXE file below", but I see now that the Hobbyist and Student version download pages dont say that.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and I'll make the change now.

OK, the download page for the Hobbyist and Student versions now say ...
"Download and run the most recent EXE file below, on top of the list, to install the latest Hobbyist version of UVLayout for Windows. The install files for a few older versions are there in case you have a problem with the latest release; you wouldn't normally need to download these files though."
