Hi Phil,
Since some time I use Moi3D for hard surface modelling. I export from Moi3D to Cinema4D. That works brilliant. The problem I now have is the normal tag that comes with Moi3D.
Cinema4D can handle this without any problems but when I use UVlayout to unwrap the mesh and export to Cinema4D, the normal tags are gone and the mesh looks real bad in Cinema4dD.
See image. In the green circle you can see the normal tags that I need to display the objects correctly...
As you can see on the objects exported from UVL the normal tags do not exist any more.
Is there a way to preserve the normal tags with export in UVL?

Nevermind Phil. Update instead of save is the key word here. Now it works ok...
