As the topic says, pressing single C marks the whole edgeloop instead of a single edge and same for other marking keys like, for example, I.
Is there any way to stop this from happening? |

Open up the Edit panel and check that "D" is selected for edge tagging. This is "drag" mode which means a single key press selects a single edge, but press-and-hold the key and move the mouse to extend the selection in that direction. |
