Is there a way to save marked symmetry? I'm using the UVL file format, but when I open my file again, all of my marked symmetry is gone and I have to do it again.

The UVL format should be saving the symmetry mapping.

What might be happening is that when you load the UVL later, the symmetry is off by default. Just clicking the On button under Edit should enabled the saved mapping.
