Hi,
Im not sure if this is a bug..
With the hide options, one of the commands is h-hide other shells.
I've tried this with selection as well as marked shells but it just homes in on the marked or selected shells.
This is an important feature, the work around is to hide marked shells, then swap to show what you had marked.
Cheers,
Michael |

Sorry for the confusion ... I see now that the docs on H-H are a little vague about exactly what it does. Its a quick way to focus in on a single shell while hiding everything else, and doesn't check/use marked or picked status.
So how you use it is to aim the mouse pointer at the shell you want to work on, then tap H twice and you'll be zoomed in and everything else is hidden. You might want this in a complex scene with lots of geometry, and by hiding everything else the graphics/feedback will be a lot quicker for the shell you are now concentrating on.
When you're done working on that shell, aim the mouse point at clear space and tap H twice again and everything is unhidden and the view zooms back out. With just the H double tap you can work your way around all the shells for close up editing/tweaking without having to manually pan and zoom.
If you want to hide all unpicked shells, then use H-P instead.
