I'm having trouble updating and I've sent an email to HeadUs with no response. Can someone at Admin please assist??

We did respond, so check your spam collection folders if you have them. I'll resend the email too. Anyway, below is the answer to your question, but I've hidden your license ID in this public posting. Your Login License ID is the same as your Dongle ID though, which you can find in the UVLayout licensing GUI.

You can do that from your uvlayout.com account (Login License ID
XXXXXXXX). I cant tell you what your password is (its encrypted in the
database) but if you cant remember it, click on the "Lost Password" link
in the login panel and a new one will be emailed to you.

Yes, that's the address I've been sending to. I'll send copies from a couple of different accounts ... sometimes emails routed via our ISP are blocked, but I usually get a bounce when that happens.
