Hi

When you import the obj model is distorted.
This can be seen in the pictures.
How to fix it and what it is connected.

It looks to me like you had "SUBD" selected in the Load Options when you loaded in the OBJ file. Use "Poly" instead, and the mesh you see in UVLayout will be exactly the same as you see it in Max.
