Every time I hold F to map mesh, it freezes.
Actually only cyeatP.exe freezes. If I end it, I can use it again, but all my work is gone and if I do it again, it freezes again |

The latest release is v2.06.02, so I'd install that first to see if it helps. Some of the 2.06.00 beta releases were broken, so you might be running one of those.

many versions ago there were issues with video drivers and multiple monitors...
perhaps this might be a consideration as well, johanz128 (not sure whether
you run UVLayout with mult. monitors)
my solution was to revert back to older drivers (which was tricky due to using
a laptop with minimal vid card driver updates) |

Updated to latest ver, still freezes.
And no I don't run double monitors. And also I can't revert back to older drivers because I like gaming too. |

What happens if you LMB select the shell then click on the Optimize "Run For" button? It runs the exact same bit of code as the 'F' key, so if it works you at least have a work around until we work out whats wrong with 'F'.
