headus 3D tools

K so everything was going smooth until one day UVLayout just wouldn't want to load files Sad

I get this error whenever I try to load any file. Can't open link to "cyeatP". Not answering
I acctually found another person with the same problem and he/she said it fixed itselve, but I've waited fo a week and it still hasn't "fixed".
I've tried everything unistalling reinstalling. now I feel like the only option is to format my PC and I don't wanna do that, but I can't continue without this wonderful software.
Maybe someone can help me with this :/

Which version of UVLayout are you using?

Does it give that error on every file you try and load, or just one particular file?

Hey.
Thank you for replying. I just saw that you did so sorry for replying late.
Yes it does that for every file I load Sad

I read somewhere to this forum that another person had this problem too, but it fixed by itself. Mine doesn't. I have this problem for over a month now Sad

The latest release is v2.05.02, uploaded a couple of months ago. The v2.00.07 release is about 20 months old now, so that bug has probably been fixed already. You can get the latest releases from your uvlayout.com account's Support Download page.
