I am interested in purchasing the Pro Version of this. My question is when I buy this do I have to wait for the dongle before I can use? Or is there a limited time it will operate before it locks down?

Hi, i think you'll be fine. Phil will generate a temp license for you once the order is recieved to tide you over before the dongle arrives.

Normally within 24hours of making the order, and often within a few hours, I'll have created your support account. You can then download the Pro version, install it, and send me your ether ID for a temp license that'll keep you going until the dongle arrives.

"Will this dongle affect my lightwave dongle?"

No, not as far as I know. I haven't tested it myself personally (i.e. our dongles with LW dongles) but I haven't had any reports of conflicts with *any* other dongles. Over the years we've sent out over 700 dongles, so I'm fairly confident that you'll be fine too.
