Ok, I got a bug with the procedure I wrote in the title.

If I do a local scale on a shell, than I undrop my shell, and I Redrop it to reflatten it, It can't layout it properly, the shell is always blue and try to search the best layout without getting it. Wink

Oops, bug confirmed! I'll have it fixed by the next release.

In the meantime you can work-around the problem by saving your mesh out to a UVL file (e.g. use one of the Tmp buttons), load that file back in, then the affected shells will flatten out correctly.

Phil

Update: Bug has been found and corrected, so the fix will be in the next release.
