Hi Headus Team,

I created a tree with loads of leafs and wanted to stack these 3 types of leafes and texture them, but I can't load the tree for texturing it always skips to load with "Too many shells" error, how can I send you the file? it is 1.3 mb packed...

Yeah, sorry about that, if UVLayout sees more than 2000 separate shells in the OBJ, it gives that error and aborts the load. The thinking behind that is that its probably an error if theres that many shells (ie unwelded UVs).

I'll have a look at making that upper limit a preference setting, or maybe pop up a "Keep Going" button if it hits 2000 shells. In the meantime, if you can, feed your model into UVLayout in smaller chunks.

Ive made that Preference change so you can increase the limit on number of shells that can be loaded; see http://www.headus.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=454 for details.
