Stack problem in latest version

Until this I never used stack...just wished to try, because saw in one of movies, but if I click on stack after set s point on 2 shells, nothing happen. Checked movie again, made everything how needed and still not work..

same with double s
Tried as I see on video 16, but not work Sad

Double S and Stacking work fine here.

I notice you've changed the orientation of loading models, Phil. Good job too .. I always had to use the Y option under Display to view models properly .. now I don't. Very Happy

Do the two shells have the same number of edges around their boundaries? If they don't, they wont stack. The Gather U button will gather together all shells with matching boundaries, then you can clearly see whats stackable.

No, but probably whats happening is that UVLayout now remembers the Up axis setting between sessions; if you set it to Y it'll stay that way until you change it to something else.

I will check...actually these are arms for a top, but I didn't mirror them so maybe not exactly.

Checked...exactly same number vertices, edges, faces.

And double s should be work anyway Sad

Are you able to email me that mesh? Zip up the UVL file and send it over and
I'll take a look at the arms that wont stack.
