After playing for aprox, 15 minutes I started some serious unwrapping.
I have to say, I love the interface, after some stumbling around it very soon felt natural.
What i like most is the ease off jumping from 'uv' to 'edit'-mode and back.
I ripped this guy to pieces to reweld him in the uv space.
Especially his ears needed some cutting and welding.
I found out that if you drop you're poly's upside down in uv space they tend to collapse, the only solution i found is pinning, point editing and reflatten.
I could use a symmetry feature and other fancy stuff but I'm happy already
