To really be sure you have no issues, I suggest getting rid of all users too. Just the meshes may not be enough! 
By the way, I just emailed you an obj that once loaded (in edit uvs mode) makes ... |

Cool tho.. next time we get in such a state, we'll try the save/reload approach. If it doesn't solve it, we'll ship off the uvl so you can give it the debugge ... |

However, we did actually finigile it into working again. Finigle being a highly technical term.

| We have a situation where when we go to do Pack All, UV Layout doesn't fill the 0..1 space. Instead it smushes it all up along the bottom of the space like this:
