For now, if you can get the seams as close as possible on each model you could try the " Liquify " filter in Photoshop to stretch and warp the texture to fit the new mapping. It would probably be best ... |

I really enjoyed that article too . It made the whole Headus toolkit easily understandable. You should "sticky" or link to it from "About Us" as a reference for the Headus Toolkit Workflow. |

Mmm not sure without seeing it but check you have enough seams cut to allow the mesh to flatten, especially tube shaped shells.If you could post some pics and the problem .obj it will help. |
